Cross-Border Workshops at RZEcommerce

12 March 2026
Rzeszów, Poland

Not another “sit and listen” session

On 12 March 2026, the Cross-Border Commerce Association joined RZEcommerce 2026 as an expert delegation focused on one thing: helping e-commerce companies better understand cross-border growth.

Instead of a classic stage talk, we ran a closed 75-minute workshop in small groups. The topic was clear and practical:

How can e-commerce brands choose, enter, and scale in new foreign markets without wasting months on guesswork?

We talked about real market questions, not theory. Germany, Spain, the Balkans, Western Europe – and the tricky details that often decide whether expansion works or gets messy.

The cross-border crew

The workshop was led by the Cross-Border Commerce Association delegation:

Nikola Ilchev – Balkan eCommerce Summit
Mark TorokCrossBorder24
Marcin PondoCrossBorder24

Together, they brought practical experience from different parts of the cross-border puzzle: market entry, trust, localization, content, customer experience, regional know-how, and scaling.

Because going abroad is never just one thing. It’s not only logistics. It’s not only translation. It’s the whole machine.
